We’ve been celebrity spotting this summer and here’s where the rich and famous have been heading to date, dine and unwind.

It seems that celebrities have been frequenting all sorts of bars and restaurants this summer – from the seriously classy to our High Street favourites.  It just goes to show that wherever you take your date, you may well spot a star!

Russell Crowe is reportedly filming and producing his 2010 Robin Hood film and has been spotted at The Royal Oak in Paley Street near Maidenhead, and drinking Guinness with friends at The Good Intent pub in Puttenham, Surrey.

St James’s Hotel and Club hosted  Samuel L Jackson and nine other A-List celebrity pals including Alice Cooper, Michael Bolton, Flex Alexander, JJ Field, Colin Salmon, Damien Lewis and Luke Wilson for the Shooting Stars Celebrity Golf Tournament.

Keira Knightley has reportedly been just about everywhere from Vintage Heaven on Columbia Road, drinking at Shoreditch House with Rupert Friend, at Barrafina in Soho and chatting to fans at the Hoste Arms in Burnham Market, Norfolk, where she is filming.

Kim Cattrall was watching Antony & Cleopatra at the Tobacco Factory Theatre in Bristol.

Kate Hudson was spotted at L’Etranger restaurant in Gloucester Road, as have Penelope Cruz, Kelly Osbourne and Paris Hilton.

Contemporary Japanese cuisine saw a celebrity push with Rihanna at Nozomi in Mayfair and Mark Ronson at Zuma.

Will Young was seen at Buddha Bar, Princess Beatrice was eating at Pizza Express on King’s Road in London, whilst Prince William visited the Punch Bowl and then headed on to Whisky Mist of course.

Madonna’s favourite restaurant in London is Locanda Locatelli, and she, Stella and Paul McCartney, Woody Allen, Steve Martin, Charles Saatchi, Nigella Lawson and Gavin Rossdale have all been seen eating there.

Mo*vida nightclub is one of the absolute top VIP hotspots with Ne-Yo, Michelle Williams, and, err, even  The Hoff aka David Hasselhoff frequenting there!

Sushinho on the Kings Road saw both Robbie Williams and Chelsea FC’s Yuri Zhirkov fill up on Asian Sushi fusion there, whilst Kylie Minogue has been spotted at Bord’eaux at the Grosvenor House in Park Lane.

Quilon, inside the Taj Hotel in Belgravia was visited by Mick Jagger in late June, and has also played host to Roger Federer, Jack Black and the very alive Jeff Goldblum too this summer.

If you spot a celebrity whilst you’re out and about, we’d love to hear about it!
